Responsibilities:
The main work consists in the employee picking orders, that is, collecting the appropriate goods according to requests,
and placing them on a pallet for further shipment to stores. The goods are different - everything that is sold in supermarkets:
sweets, hygiene products, drinks, fruits/vegetables, dairy/meat products, dry products (pasta, sugar, salt, flour), etc.
Employees of our company work in three sub-warehouses:
dry, fresh, chickens (chilled meat).
Different temperature conditions respectively: dry +16–20, fresh up to +6-8, chickens: +4–6
Foremen and coordinators are Russian-Ukrainian speaking - on site they provide accessible training and show all work processes.
First week of training hourly rate 26.50 and 32.50 (students) PLN net per hour
The salary is stated net, this is what you receive in hand when fulfilling 100% of the norm
From 31.50 PLN net per hour
From 37.50 PLN net for people under 26 years old (holders of student status)
The payment system is piecework. The rate and salary directly depend on the amount of goods collected.
Travel to/from work:
The company provides transport that takes workers to/from work. The cost of travel is 150 PLN per month, deducted from the salary.
If an employee travels to work by their own transport, they are compensated for fuel once a month. 150 PLN.
Work uniform and special footwear are issued as a full set (hoodie + boots with a hard toe + vest + pants + T-shirt + cap).
