Reach Truck Forklift Operator (UDT License Required)

The main duty is operating a reach truck forklift. The employee removes pallets from the second rack level and places pallets onto storage racks. The job also includes pallet loading and unloading confirmation using a scanner.

Products include all types of goods sold in supermarkets: sweets, hygiene products, beverages, fruits and vegetables, dairy and meat products, dry goods (pasta, sugar, salt, flour, etc.).

Employees work in three warehouse zones:

• Dry warehouse: +16°C to +20°C
• Fresh warehouse: +6°C to +8°C
• Poultry warehouse (chilled meat): +4°C to +6°C

Supervisors and coordinators provide on-site training and explain all work processes.

Salary

• First week (training): 26.50 PLN net/hour
• Students: 32.50 PLN net/hour
• Salaries listed are net (take-home pay) and apply when achieving 100% of the required performance target.
• From 31.50 PLN net/hour
• From 37.50 PLN net/hour for employees under 26 with student status

The payment system is performance-based. Earnings depend directly on the quantity of goods handled.

Advance

• Up to 300 PLN after one week of work.

Work Schedule

• Shift work
• 8–10 hours per shift depending on order volume
• 6 days per week
• 30-minute break during the shift

Meals

• Free full meal provided during the break.

Accommodation

• Provided by the company
• 3–4 people per room
• Good living conditions with everything necessary for daily life

Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN/hour.

Transportation

• Company transport to and from work is provided.
• Employees using their own vehicle receive monthly fuel reimbursement.

Additional Benefit

• Employees may register for free physiotherapist massage sessions during their free time.
