Order Picker / Packer – Store Warehouse
Location: Tarnowo Podgórne (20 km from Poznań)
Responsibilities:
Working with a scanner
Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment
Products: clothing, footwear, and accessories
Salary:
25.40 PLN net/hour
31.40 PLN net/hour for students under 26
Monthly performance bonuses depending on work quality:
500 PLN net
700 PLN net
1,000 PLN net
Work Schedule
Option 1 – Three shifts (8 hours):
07:00–15:00 (1st shift)
15:00–23:00 (2nd shift)
23:00–07:00 (3rd shift)
5–6 working days per week
Option 2 – Two shifts (12 hours):
07:00–19:00 (Day shift)
19:00–07:00 (Night shift)
5–6 working days per week
Days off are scheduled according to the warehouse schedule.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided.
Couples receive a separate room.
Employees using their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN net for every hour worked.
